Management of this hotel is so incompetent that the housekeeping staff walked off the job, so no rooms were available when we arrived. We had to find another hotel despite having a confirmed reservation at this one. Never again!

This is not true at all. Our housekeeping staff is very much present and has never walked off their jobs, I am unsure who relayed this message to you and definitely apologize for the miscommunication. If rooms are not ready upon arrival that could be due to late departures or the specific room type. I apologize on behalf of the hotel for your bad experience and hope you would do us the honor of staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. Thank You !

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in. Pool was clean with easy access. Rooms were standard but also clean. Bed quite comfortable. Easy parking. The complimentary breakfast was weak but manageable.

I liked the remodeling that had been done since my last visit last year. The facility was bright and clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

I stay here every time I visit the area. The hotel is always clean, the beds are fantastic, and the staff is great. The breakfast is always good, fresh, and the staff keeps it full, even during the busiest times.
