Great room, location and breakfast offered. Wonderfully pet friendly. Rooftop bar view, food, drinks and service fabulous. Even though they don't clean rooms daily the halls could be vacuumed more frequently.

When I booked the room using the app it said there would be a balcony. This is the entire reason I chose this hotel over another one. When we got to our room there was no balcony. I called guest services and the person I spoke with was rude. I explained to him what was going on and he acted as if I was lying to him. Won’t stay here again. The room is nice and clean but customer service was terrible.
