A great place to stay, very nice friendly people on staff. rooms were excellent and very reasonably priced. Very good restaurant and golf course. next time I stay there I will take my clubs, for sure 5 stars is warranted by my wife and I. R Fowler

Room was large, very clean & gorgeous view of hills & golf course. The bed was not than comfortable, needs a new pillow top mattress.

Terrible location, horrendous customer service

Way out of town on dark winding roads. When we checked in they misinformed us about the nightly rate as $97 per night and said we could cancel second night no problem. Had no map of property just said lodge by tennis courts and left to bumble around in the dark. I went for a run in the morning on the golf cart path. Only saw two golfers entire time. Was however stopped by two different maintenance men and ordered off the empty cart path. When I checked out I was charged a nightly rate of $118. When I said it was different than quoted I was told clerk was new. When I asked to talk with manager was told they were on vacation until January 7 (almost 2 weeks)

I love it here

Pros: I can go hike along a gorgeous trail directly across the street
Cons: not as of now, this is my second stay.
Location: hiking, golfing
The surroundings and the grounds of the hotel are remarkable.

Location

Rooms older, but wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Has all that I would need for a relaxing get away. It isn't off an easy highway, so it's a little trek to get here. If you're there for the golf or any facilities activities, this is the place to go for value.

two days in the east back.

Pros: quiet and peaceful, except for the women warming up on the driving range, loud, rude, with music playing and general inconsideration for others.
Location: pool was OK, Jacuzzi was not warm enough.
the am receptionist was pleasant, but when we returned with a question in the afternoon the receptionist was a different person and rude.
