Situated on the south side of Dewey Beach, just steps to the beautiful beach, marina, nightlife, and great restaurants, this Dewey Beach 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Ocean Block townhome leaves little to be desired. Updated beautiful coastal kitchen complete with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The spacious screened porch and various levels of balconies offer great views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. View sunrise over the ocean or Let's Do Sunset over the bay!

The spacious and open floor plan on the main living level is ideal for entertaining. Living, Dining, Kitchen, and screened porch allow for easy flow. Master king bed suite with vaulted ceiling and skylights and additional queen bedroom with its own bath, and newly updated rooftop deck complete the 3rd floor. Additional living space with games table, small fridge and wet bar on first floor with a twin plus twin trundle bed and another queen bed and shared bathroom. Pull out queen couch in the living room.

A few beach chairs are available for your use, and there is plenty of room to store your umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys. If you like an outdoor shower, you won't be disappointed. Gas grill provided. Parking for 2 vehicles.

This property does not include linens, towels and paper products. Please plan on bringing them from home or rent from a local company. For your convenience we can provide your linens and towels for an additional $230 fee. Simply request at booking.

Great location
Great location and beautiful place! Communication between owner and us was smooth and had quick responses. I would certainly stay again. Just be sure to bring sheets, towels, tp, etc.

Lovely home, fantastic hosts
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures & descriptions are very accurate. The home was very clean & everything was in great condition. All of my questions & concerns were addressed in a very timely & helpful manner. There was one minor issue (beyond anyone's control, weather-related) & the host replied quickly & was extremely understanding. Little tidbits: The master bedroom has a nice view. The other third floor bedroom has a great private balcony. Second floor screened porch has excellent furniture. First floor bathroom has a huge counter. I can't speak for the other beds, but both third floor beds were very comfortable. Excellent location-- Dewey is only a handful of blocks & this home is in the more residential/quiet area but everything you could need is a few blocks away. Despite the weather, we had a great stay & I hope to come back!

Beautiful and the location is perfect!
Owners were very responsive and pleasant. Check in process is easy. Home is lovely. The location is so close to the beach. You can see the ocean from the top balcony. Amenities were great. Wi-Fi was good. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Make sure you bring linens or have them delivered. I used 227 Rent and that worked out fine. I bought my own toilet paper, and hand soap as well. Glad I did. There wasn’t too much to do during checkout. That was simple. We would stay again! Thanks!

Amazing time!
Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful home! The house was so pretty, comfortable, and clean; there were 10 of us so out main concern was finding a place that would fit us all comfortably and this was more than enough room! We loved being so close to the quieter part of the beach and that the downtown area was close enough to walk to, as well. Definitely recommend!
