It is located on the largest canal in the community with easy access to the Delaware waterways and all the way to the ocean in Ocean City, Md. There are 2 boat ramps in the community, and you can step off the back deck to board your boat, jet ski or your favorite watercraft! The community also has a large fenced in pool with a kiddie splash zone and a playground. This property is approx. 2 miles from the beautiful Delaware beaches and close to Ocean City. Also closely located to entertainment such as bumper cars, mini golf, waterslides and some of the best restaurants on the shore. Enjoy nearby, tax free Delaware shopping. Nice Home & Community
When we arrived we could not locate the property based on the address listed on the confirmation paperwork but the owner responded right away. We loved the location and the layout of the home as well as the waterfront and neighbors. The home was overall clean (all surfaces and kitchen and baths were disinfected). Area rugs throughout could use a deep cleaning as well a good dusting throughout. My only complaint is basic cable (no channels except local) when you come back to the home in the late evening it would be nice to watch something other than Judge Judy!

Beautiful place, great location, and affordable
We are from Canada, and like to vacation in the Maryland/Delaware area in the summer. This location we chose this year was by far the best location yet. It was close to all the beaches, we were a 2 min drive to maryland . Ocean city board walk was close as well. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, and had a simple check-in process. In short it's a great place, and we had a great time.

Great memories
We wanted to come back to this area where we use to stay when our children were young, and they still talk about it to there children. The Swan Keys area is perfect for us, so close to the beach, then also the pool, bike rides, and playground right here for us. This trailer was really very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Great vacation home
Everything was what I expected from the pics on vrbo. There was one small complaint about the tub/shower combo that was on the small side but there was a stand up shower so it all worked out. The decor in the place made you feel like you was right at the beach. Loved the waterfront. Was able to put my boat in the water for the week of my stay. The boat ramps was not open to use but we found a local place. My family had an awesome time. I would rent again. Thankyou to the owners for the upkeep on an awesome place.

Great vacation!
The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck on the canal. We also enjoyed walking to the end of the road each evening to watch the sunset. Having the pool, playground and splash pad on the property was great. We don't like a lot of congestion that would have come with being in a condo on the beach so this property was what we needed. It was also centrally located to the places that we wanted to go (Asseteague Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, etc.). All of our questions to the property owner were answered immediately.
