We have stayed at this hotel at least three times and have been satisfied. However, our most recent attempt to stay over new years was not satisfactory. We arrived a day late as the highway was closed due to a snow storm. Upon arrival on Jan 1, 2023 the Hotel had no power. We asked if it was possible to be refunded for the previous night as we were unable to get through the highway closures. We weren't sure if it would be granted, but figured it didn't hurt to ask. The manager on duty that afternoon noted he wasn't sure if he would be able to refund us for the previous night, but said he could definitely refund us for that night if we wanted to find another hotel as the power was out. As we were told we would be refunded for at least the one night, we made the decision to go ahead and book a stay at another hotel. After receiving an invoice from Travelocity for both nights we contacted Travelocity noting the manager had told us we would be refunded for the second night if we wanted to find another hotel due to the hotel having no power. The hotels response to Travelocity was that because it was not their fault no refund would be given despite the managers statements due to the contrary. The issue I have is when a manager guarantees a refund for a night it should be honored. Had no refund been guaranteed we would have just completed our stay with this hotel despite the risk of having no power.

We always book hotels with a breakfast included. The coffee was terrible and undrinkable. The only thing offered were granola bars and orange juice/apple juice. Nothing else. We will not be staying here again.

Rude staff! Had reservation but they wouldn’t let me stay because I had a cat and they only take dogs although it said “pet friendly” on Travelocity which I booked the room with. Staff was rude to other guests checking in including a sweet elderly couple that intended to stay two weeks! Also a disabled woman! Avoid this place!

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Drunk bums wandering the halls & they don't care. The free breakfast was orange juice, that's all! They had a basket with cookies in it; COOKIES FOR BREAKFAST! NO FREE BREAKFAST! Dirtiest place ever; shower had hair & unknown chunks of something; carpet not vacuumed & really dirty (hair & shoe footprints on bathroom floor. Place should be shut down.

There was what appeared to be a pubic hair in the bathroom sink. The thermostat was damaged and I was unable to get the heat to work. Unfortunately, I discovered this after I had unpacked and put on my night clothes. I spent an uncomfortable night as I was too tired to repack and change rooms.
