We choose it because it was owned by Wyndham it has not been updated since 1970 not clean at all. No one was at the desk for 20 minutes. The pictures on the website are not correct this is truly a dump. Will never stay at a Baymount again

We didn't like anything the best I can save for them is the room is clean no amenities available at all that they advertised we were on a casino trip so we were out late no one informed us that they would be doing the roof replacing the roof the two days we were there so we got in late and we're woken up early to pounding right above our heads well I was down in the lobby saying something about that there were other customers are complaining that there weren't even any towels the next morning we woke up to the same thing 4 / 24 hours in Never by the time we left did anybody get any towels when we approached staff about the situations we were treated food near me And basically dismissed we are completely unsatisfied and would like some kind of refund but there's no managers or anybody to talk to absolutely my worst trip ever to any hotel

There were pretzels on the floor, the TV remote had no batteries, the cold water always came on hot, then you needed to wait for it to get cold. And the light fixture in the bathroom that holds four bulbs, contained two, and only one of those actually worked. But I will say that the bed was comfortable.

This place is too run down to stay at! Manager spent more time complaining that he had worked too many hours than helping us sign into our room. The lights did not work in first room and the second room smelled bad so we returned to the room with only 1 light.
