I got the rooms because it had pool and jacuzi and when there we could not use none of that. I got it to far from the center of Reno just because we wanted to swimm and use the Jacuzzi. It was dissapointed. I wish I had a discount

This hotel personnel needs to be updated on the difference between having a service animal and a support animal. They brought a weapon to my room to ask me about my animal. My dog is trained not to bark at anything or anyone unless they approach and knock on the door. My dog didn’t make anyone uncomfortable and they new of the dog from check in. On the second day we had been asked for the eighth employee to show them papers for the animal. My dog HAS to go anywhere and everywhere I do in which he did. I never left him in the room alone nor did he chew,pee or poop on anything. I’m used to that type of behavior from people but when I want a vacation away from that behavior that means I check into a hotel and make sure at time of check in that they are aware of my best friend Tadd. (The dog) I do not expect to have someone not even dressed in work clothes knock on my door with a weapon because I have a pit bull. I will never go here again or any of there other hotels. The employee is lucky my dog is trained otherwise I would have let him do as he wanted with the ignorant employee

We were instantly greeted by the staff! They were very nice and personable. They made sure to tell us about the enourmous spread for breakfast ( breakfast did not disappoint) and about the pool, as I was traveling with a child. The room was very comfortable, clean smelling and had a comfortable vibe. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town

Hotel was excellent but the location was too secluded. Streets leading to the hotel were too dark at night. Also, access off of the freeway was difficult due to many turns. Location was a bit far from sight seeing destinations. (except to visit Lake Tahoe)

Overnight to catch flight

Staff was very supportive... booked room and placed in a handicap access room... wrinkle sheets wrinkle bed skirts simply behind the front awning no view and above the front door action sensors front door from Floor below... I would not stay again and higher price then thought

Great hotel in South Reno

Not fancy, but just right. Modern, very clean, very warm and friendly staff. Room was immaculate and I'm very particular. Slight road noise but not enough to be a problem. Very accessible. The "Breakfast to Go" bags were a delightful addition to the regular offerings. Perfect for eating in the car.

Great breakfast, average hotel

Overall accommodations average. He breakfast that is included was really nice. The gym facility was minimal (one treadmill, one eliptical and some free weights). I needed a shuttle to and from the airport and had two employees confirm there was shuttle on two separate occasions. When I flew in and called for the shuttle they told me there was none. (They did pay for my cab fare). Overall pretty average. With the exception of the shuttle, I would stay there again.

Extremely Loud

Pros: Clean
Cons: Soundproofing
My family and I stayed at this Hampton upon returning from Yosemite. Everything was good with the exception of absolutely being able to hear everything above, beside, and around you. Every step taken in the room above us and next to us could not only be heard, but felt. Apparently the floors are made of plywood with no insulation. This was not just my room, other members stayed in separate rooms and experienced the same thing. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
