Temperature in the room was hard to control. Tables in the dinning room were to high other than that it was clean comfortable and quiet stay was good

the room smelled like dust and not clean. I am a big fan of this hotel but for this time I was not happy about the hotel room smell.

Overbooked....that's what we were told when we tried to check in. They had to send us to the Nugget hotel 3 miles away from the Hampton Inn. When we arrived at the Nugget to check in there they had no knowledge of the situation. We were not the only ones checking in that were sent over because of overbooking. Hampton Inn had not followed through in calling over to the Nugget to book rooms for their overbooked guests. The Nugget was very patient and kind while they worked to fix the Hampton Inn's overbooking issue. Thank You Nugget. We were booked for 2 nights and had to pack up and go back the next day to the Hampton Inn as they only would fix the one night overbooking issue. I would say they did accommodate for us and checked us in earlier because we had an event to get to and needed to get ready for it. We did not want to be checking into the Hampton and have another issue at midnight when we were tired from our event and just want to go to sleep. The Hampton Inn did apologize for the inconvenience....however.....it was not the ideal way to make paying guests happy.
