Dryer in laundry room did not work, which was very frustrating at 11:45pm and needing to dry a wet load brought from home in the moving truck. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Comfy bed too! Also, view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful and unexpected. Thank you!

The check in was bizarre. We checked in around 6 P.M. and were told our room was not ready yet. After one person in our party asked if that would qualify us for a discount, all in the sudden a room had freed up. The staff serving breakfast were extremely accommodating. Over all we liked this hotel very much.

Check in person was very rude and informed me that my room was given away (we arrived at 6am after a grueling drive from California). I had even called the hotel in the prior evening to inform them that we would be checking in rather late and was told this was just fine. Long story short, we have to find another room in the middle of the night after a long drive because they gave our room away.

I was on property when you arrived and I do not feel the front office associate was rude to you in the slightest. I am sure that after your travel, hearing the news you heard equaled rude. As we stated at check in, your reservation was booked for the night prior to when you actually arrived at the hotel. The reservation is only valid until 1am which is the close of the business day. At 1 am the rooms was released back into the hotel's inventory and in turn was sold. The notations on your reservation said you would be arriving late, not arriving the next morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. Safe Travels.
