My room was taken care of well. My other two guests had issues. Both were checked into dirty rooms. 1 wasn’t cleaned before we checked out days later. 1 was simply cleaned up without changing the sheets, so he was sleeping in a previous person’s uncles bed sheets. Staff gave him attitude when they brought him sheets and they still didn’t change the sheets for him. I requested twice that they clean the rooms. Front desk simply said they weren’t allowed to check us in to dirty rooms and was saying who did this to herself. Rolling my eyes of course it was her. Last day I ran into a manager and told him this story. He basically said sorry. Given our issues at the very least a partial refund would’ve been in order or vouchers. Basically it was here’s a key good luck.
