Staff were super slow to respond and assist you. The continental breakfast was abysmal, it was messy and didn't keep everything up.

I was in town with several other families for a softball tournament and we all stay in this hotel. We were there for 6 nights and my room was only serviced twice. I had to call or walk to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. The refrigerator light was out and the bathroom doorknob was broken. The hallways always smelled like marijuana and a lot of shady activity in the parking lot especially in the evening. This was bothered some since I was there with my family; our entire team were with their families. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, I believe they were understaffed. I always witnessed the staff working but they could not accommodate the # of people in the hotel. They did their best and were always pleasant. The shuttle was also a big benefit. Unfortunately the cons out weighed the pros so we will not stay at this hotel again.

Location was great. TV cable service was not working. Front desk unable to assist since a qualified person had to be called at night. Really disappointed.

SThe hotel was dirty and completely torn apart. Shower nobs were broken, elevator jolted, garbage all over outside.
