Very nice hotel . Staff very helpful and friendly. I did not like the tinted window in our room. Unless you are over 6ft you cannot see anything outside.

I traveled for business and wanted a quieter (and classier) experience than a hotel/casino combination property. The Renaissance Downtown Reno did not disappoint. I was given a room with a view of the river which was a huge gift. I entertained clients in the restaurant and everyone was pleased with dinner and the wine list. One fun surprise is that a huge Bocce Ball court + skee ball/sports bar area is attached to the hotel. I didn't have time to take avdantage, but will on my next trip! Lastly, the coffee offered at the coffee shop was excellent (and they stock heavy cream!). Next trip to Reno, I'll book here again.

Fun Stuff!
Wonderful hotel. Lot's of fun stuff to do at the hotel and nearby. If you enjoy Bocce Ball or Bar Shuffle Board, they have it right there on site. This is our third stay at this hotel and we'll be back.
