I liked being up in the tower with the view. Only bad was no restaurants close and run down area. I would stay here again. Free parking was great. Also my toilet needs a new flap. It leaks.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit rough but didn’t feel unsafe, it’s just by some of the older casinos and is a bit dirty and some of the surrounding businesses were boarded up. It’s close to everything. Perfectly adequate for a quick weekend visit.

Overall very poor customer service and didn’t even get maid service all day after requesting it; came back to room at 10 pm and they did not even make up room or leave towels

Due to COVID protocols, housekeeping cannot enter your room unless you request them to, either in person at the front desk, or by placing your "make up room" sign on the door. I booked a last minute one day trip to Reno and needed a hotel to stay in for a few hours after I flew in until the next morning. The reviews lead me to believe that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Plus, there was a special on the price so I thought to myself, why not? I wasn’t expecting anything grand but when I arrived, I was absolutely mortified. There was first no clear indicators or signage for where to park to or where to check in. There were people Pan handling right outside of the front door, a man who I’m guessing is security(did not have on a uniform) opened a side door for me to walk through which brought me to the lobby, it was trash throughout the lobby and it was extremely worn down. After checking in, I was told that I had to park my car across the street in a sketchy and dangerous public parking structure. I quickly parked my car and practically ran back to the hotel with my things. (I’m a woman and it was after 10pm)I made it to the floor my room was on, there were soiled towels and trash sitting in the hallway. When I made it to me room, I uncomfortable even sitting down on the chairs. In fact, i did not sit down once. I examined the room and noticed the shower had yellow streaks in it and the grout between the ceramic towels were brown. I peeled back the bed sheets and there was literally feces on the inside of the comforter. Needless to say, I quickly packed my belongings and requested a refund and booked a nicer hotel 10 minutes away.
