It was misleading when I booked this room it stated that it was in Sparks, NV. It was actually ten miles further down the highway. The "kitchenette" had no utensils, plates, cookware, etc. Two burners which didn't work, a microwave, and a refrigerator. We made the most of it during our stay, but I doubt if we will return. It was not very clean and upon arrival we found a bottle of beer between the refrigerator and the stove. I snapped a photo from where I found the beer and showed it to Michelle at the front desk. The floor had not been deep cleaned at all.

I’m sorry you found your stay with us less than satisfactory. Dishware & cookware if provided to guests upon request as we are still operating under COVID protocols with those items. There is a timer on the wall above the cooktop that must be turned in order for the burners to heat; I apologize this was not explained to you. The lack of cleanliness in your room is an isolated incident; the guest room attendant who services the room has been spoken to and put back through training. As for our location, technically we are assigned to the Sparks, NV post office even though the property is in the unincorporated area of McCarran, NV. It is not our intention to be misleading, but listing any other address is not discoverable in most navigation maps.

We love staying at this property. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. It’s “off the beaten path”, and it’s nice and quiet.

A couple years old Hotel already starting to be neglected especially the hallways are starting to look dirty and the rooms are starting to look like cheap.

It was in the industrial area and had no amenities close by. 20 min drive to closest amenities. Room was dirty no one checked 9n us. No clean towels Boone cleaned the room and gave clean linens. We ran out of toilet paper! The ac vents were so clogged and disgusting I cleaned them myself since my child had an asthma attack first thing. The vent above the bathroom was so thick with yuck the fan didn't work. I also cleaned that!

It was fairly clean, laminate floor could use better mopping. Pillows were hard, no cups for drinking. Fairly handy by the freeway but kinda out by itself in industrial area. Restaurants are limited as still being built.
