no maid service for our whole stay. No toilet paper No towels. COCKROACHES. The pool was completely dry. Only garbage in the pool. A homeless man stuck his head through our window at 3:00 in the morning. The window wouldn't lock and didn't have a screen. It was like camping in a homeless camp.

The place is very dirty and rundown it also smells. Lots of homeless people hanging around the parking lot. The carpets were staying in the room was not even cleaned. I would not recommend this hotels anyone I’m very surprised that you guys have this hotel on the

The only good thing was the lady that was at the desk was polite. Hate to say it, this place needs to be shut down and either redone or tore down

I didn't get the price i reserved the room for, when got there they raised the price. There were no towels or toilet paper.

We did a late check in around 11:00 p.m. They gave us a key to a room where somebody had obviously been. There were beer bottles and coffee cups on the furniture and the beds were turned back. We left and immediately walked back to the front desk and were given another key. The front staff walked with us to the second room and the same thing happened except this time only coffee cups and soda cans and the beds were made. We went back to the front desk for the third time and was given another key where the room was satisfactory. Meaning there was nobody that had been occupying the room within the last several hours. The lady at the front desk was trying to blame the area for the dirty rooms. She was implying that people could open the windows and merely help themselves to the room. Sounds like very poor security at best. Next time I'm in Reno I'll definitely pay extra for a nice secure room.
