Rude desk clerk yelled at a guest and I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last guest... got my money back and left without staying a single night.

In addition to friendly service, we are known for our super clean rooms so we are terribly sorry for disappointing you with a less than sparkling clean room and less than the exceptional service you deserved.

Although everything looked new, the room was like an empty dormitory room, a stark metal legged bed, no place to put luggage/racks, no ability to make coffee and coffee in lobby was not satisfactory. The best item in room was the sliding glass shower door, bathroom counter and sink and toilet were good. The shower appeared new but floor was slimy, faucet mixer in shower was unable to adjust water temperature and floor of shower felt completely unsupported, moved up and down at every step. Bathroom door blocked access to side of bed and bed had only one side table. It appeared this location was under construction and entrance was limited. Also no present lobby/registration during evening hours. The view was lovely and the air conditioning worked well in rooms but not in lobby.

The snow room is like a little cell. We came after hours and it's a small unheated room you have to call to have that person contact the property manager.
