Dirty room, broken bathroom door-no security to use bathroom. Holes in the walls patched in bathroom. Shower curtains to short to take proper shower withour waterr go on the floor. Microwave not working. Tv way to small. No comforter on the bed. Certain staff mot friendly. Full breakfast pans empty and refilled. Photo of the room on site was falsely advertises. Rate this hotel a 1

I checked in early and was not a problem, The room was clean, ready to use and very convenient to my daughters place. The TV remote was a little tough to figure out (never did figure out the whole thing) but that's a pretty small issue.

The outside of the property is ran down but it looks as though they are trying to renovate. The main reason we choose here to stay was because of the unique rooms set up for families and the pool. Our room was very awesome, but the floors were so dirty they turned our feet and socks black. The pool was also closed. When we checked in we asked specifically about the hours for the pool and there was no mention to us that it was closed. It also appears to be a long term housing for many people and not just vacationers. The bunk beds provided excellent seeping for two kids and our bed was fairly comfortable over all.
