Hotel cannot be seem from the roads and has no visible sign indicating its location. Main room is nice but bathroom was extremely small and held only a tube and toilet. The tube did not have a non slip surface nor was a non slip mat provided. The toilet was the lowest toilet I have ever encountered and I traveled frequently in the past. Also, the toilet was not firmly anchored to the floor. It tended to move. This could lead to a sudden plumbing problem. The sink, which was in the main room, not the bathroom, was small with little space to place items around the sink. The faucet was installed so close to the sink edge that every time you placed your hand under the faucet, water ran onto the sink edge. There was no safe in the room.

Thank you for your review. We actually do have a sign on West Broad Street and one on the end of our building. Our other signs are being replaced as we move to upgrade our facility to Best Western Plus. Thank you for letting us know about the toilet- we have since been able to install the bolts under it and found the others had simply fallen after being loose. As for the tub- as I explained they are coated in non slip spray. We have to do this every so often and it is that time again to treat our tubs. I am sorry for any inconveniences you have had. Hotel was clean and bright. Staff stayed out of your room once you had checked in. If you needed towels or coffee a form was provided for you to order and they were left on your door handle for pickup.

What I liked - Convenience to the freeway, cleanliness, kindness of the staff. What I did not like - The pillows. THE PILLOWS. The were terrible. square pillows? I turn a lot in my sleep and I could not get comfortable with small square pillows. Who's idea was that? Wrong. Next time I will bring my pillow that is the same size as two of the small square pillows combined.
