Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms all new 2020/2021 .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location. The house was great and just like described. The beds were a little hard but manageable. More instructions on how things work (like the gas stove top) would be helpful. Overall a great house in a great location!

Came from Wisconsin with family for our daughters graduation. House was great amd perfect for us. The location is just a short 10 min drive to downtown and campus is a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space is nice and we spent evenings sitting on the patio.

Richmond Getaway
We traveled to Richmond for our anniversary and to take our son to the race. The location of the home was PERFECT! We walked many places and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The fenced yard was so nice to have for our two dogs. They loved enjoying the outdoor space with us. We can't wait to go back again!

Location was perfect for our needs as it split the distance between all our family members. The kitchen, downstairs bathroom and den were great and we enjoyed playing games around the dining room table. Beds were very comfortable. Floors upstairs were creaky but it gives the house character. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and we enjoyed a nice walk in the neighborhood. Josh was a great host and even volunteered to drive over to see what was wrong with the TV. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great stay in an underserved area of Richmond
There is not much available in this area near University of Richmond but fortunately this place was perfect for a group of family members who needed overflow beds for a gathering at a home nearby. I highly recommend this house for folks visiting the University or looking to say near, but not too near, the down town area. Great food and shopping nearby and the house is well stocked with everything we needed.

Thanksgiving visit
We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. We had an amazing time!! The house was absolutely perfect and it is in a wonderful neighborhood and great location to many things! We loved walking our dog around the neighborhood. The house has everything you need!! Highly recommend this house!!
