Good location, but could be cleaner
Location was great. Walkable to many establishments. Only thing is, the space could have been cleaner and the beds weren't very comfortable (one of the beds had a plastic layer). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Richmond area.

Great Property and Location
The unit is a few hundred yards from multiple different restaurants and shops which makes it easy to get to by walking since most of Richmond is street parking. Branden is an awesome host and was very responsive to any questions we had about parking and things to do around the unit. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Richmond.

Cleanliness is everything
I can overlook most things, but not a lack of cleanliness. Dirty floors, lots of dust bunnies and lint. 1/2 of a cookie under my bed? Doesn’t take a ton of effort to remedy those things, but doesn’t seem like a lot of effort is put into maintaining the property. Clogged kitchen sink, not a great shower. Nice location, was walkable to the purpose of our stay. PBR across the street is a great place for pizza and beer.

This apartment is near the cool downtown area with local shops and restaurants, so convenient. We ate breakfast at Roastology, great coffee and sandwiches and it's right around the corner. The apartment is well set up. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Back door opens to a plain but clean backyard, nice spot to sit out in. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Cute apartment close to everything cool that is Richmond! Great restaurants, VA Museum of Fine Arts, Carytown all within walking distance. Apartment is cozy furnished. Beds are very comfortable.
