This property is vintage mid 1900's. It hasn't been updated since it was built. The elevator has braille numbers for L,3,5 - but there are rooms on all six floors. Our phone said we were in room 606, but we were in 322. The bath tub floor was peeling and there was only ONE hand towel for three adults. The saving grace, although we will not return, was the friednliness and professionalism of the staff.

The hotel elevator was broke every night. People hanging outside hotel all day. Foul/spoil smell in hotel. Rooms need updating. Housekeeping need to do better job. Bathtub was dirty & had brown stains on it. Toilet seat was hanging off the toilet because screws were not tight. Faucet on the sink was loose and leaking. Couldn't change rooms because hotel overbooked.

Customer service is lacking, some staff members were extremely rude to customers and people on the phone. The hotel smells terrible on every floor. It looks/is dirty. Bathrooms need a good cleaning and upgrade. There was a burn hole in the comforter. I've stayed at a lot of Quality Inn Suites all across the country and this was by far the worst one. Do not recommend staying here.

I reserved a king smoking room on travelocity. When we got to the property i was told that there were no smoking rooms available as they are on a first come, first serve basis. I was offered a non smoking room to which i was insistent that I had specifically reserved a smoking room that had been available at the time of booking. I was offered a refund but then the manager "suddenly " had a double smoking room. The room looked half cleaned and smelled musty. Since most places were sold out that was in our budget we accepted the room. I woke at 2am to an intense itching on my elbow. My financee turned the lights on and pulled back the covers. There was a huge bed bug in the bed which he took a picture of. We immediately dressed, requested a full refund and checked out. We were told the $100 fee that they failed to mention during booking, regardless of pay method would be returned within a couple of business days. The fee was returned as promised, however we won't ever stay at this hotel again.

THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!!! THE ROOM WAS DIRTY! THE HALLWAY SMELLED LIKE WEED!!! THEY EVEN HAVE THE NERVE TO PLACE A $120 DEPOSIT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD, IN ADDITION TO THE AUTHORIZATION! I WILL NEVER DRIVE PAST THIS "HOTEL", MUCH LESS STAY THERE AGAIN.

The property was very convenient to interstate and to restaurants. I was on a business trip and was able to eat hot breakfast before leaving the hotel to head out for the day.
