The room had a bathroom door that hat holes in it. The headboards were missing and there were roaches in the cabinets, bathroom and sleeping area.The mechanical door lock wasn't working properly.

This was a disappointing stay for multiple reasons. First I reserved a smoking room, the only smoking room available had an issue with a broken door lock. I was moved to a new room and only learned it was non-smoking when I sat at the desk to work and saw the placard. I also had to go to the front desk several times to ask questions & for items that should've been in the room such as the TV remote. Kept walking to the front desk because the in-room phone was broken. The one positive that stands out is the room was cleaned well.
