Great ocean views. Great bar/restaurant however the very, very loud music you could hear from the room until 10-10:30 ea night. Friendly staff. Good drinks and food. The Pirate Special (coconut cocktail made right in the coconut) is a must try.

Great place to stay in Rincon
Had a king suite w/balcony & ocean view. Really nice. Restaurant had tasty food with a pool/bar menu that had a good variety of choices. Must have the coconut drink. Staff very friendly.

This is a non-chain (ie. Marriott Hilton, etc) owned/operated property (I say this to set expectations for those that will immediately try to compare it and establish a baseline). First and foremost, you can’t beat the sunset views from their open air bar, which is adjacent to their open air dining area. Access to beach is excellent. The drinks and prices at the bar were incredibly reasonable, especially for a hotel on the beach. Check in was easy. Told by lady at counter we had been upgraded to an ocean front/view room…(which was excellent). Room was away from the bar and the only thing we heard at night was the ocean. Parking was secure with a security guard in front of entrance this no concern of leaving some of the beach gear in the car. Walking distance to downtown Rincon. Overall excellent stay. Would recommend to pay a little more and get ocean front view. Only complaint is reservation portal. Not the most user friendly site this used third party to secure reservation. Will return to area and stay at same property for sure.
