This 22m² studio for 2 people, located on the 1st floor, has a bright living room with a sofa bed (160 X200 cm) and all the facilities you need for your comfort. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with WC.
A range of equipment completes the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).
In addition, this flat has a terrace facing the sea, offering a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots.
All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
The residence, comprising just 6 homes, is a friendly place, with a focus on the sea, well-being and gliding.
