The Hilton Garden Inn at Riverhead did not honor our reservation. They claimed that they had no record of the reservation from Travelocity. I don't know who screwed up but we had to find accommodations at 9 PM on our own at another hotel. It was very frustrating as we were going through it. Will have a hard time using Travelocity again.

Nice clean hotel with great patio with plenty of seating and fire pit. Definitely would recommend if you are in the area. Great location if you want to outlet shop. Close to vineyards too!

The place was nice. Rooms were a little small. The noise above my room both nights was extreme and after several calls for security to calm down the neighbors upstairs, which didn't do any good, I was exhausted and grumpy the next day.
