Property is Ok. Staff is not friendly. No extra pillows and telephone didn't work.

I didn’t like the service I received upon my arrival. I drove here from Culver City to take my kids on a vacation I arrived around 1230 and asked if it was possible to check in early. The man said no you have to come back at 2pm the rooms are not clean yet. I said I caught a flat tire upon arrival so I have to sit in the lobby until 2. So myself and my two kids begin reading magazines in the lobby area as we sat and waited for about five mins max. He slammed the door to go to the back office came back with his wife than asking for my id and she let us check in early. The room was already clean there was no housekeeper cleaning the whole five mins we waited in the lobby.

Sorry for the poor experience. Due to coming in before check-in we had to verify the room are cleaned. It looks like you waited only 5 minutes, however we will strive to do better next time.

Disappointed

Pros: Above
Cons: Be more customer service oriented!
Location: Location is very close to the Silverlakes soccer complex but without a working washer and dryer I will not stay here again with my soccer playing son.
This is a small motel style establishment that is too expensive for what is offered. It is clean but definitely bare bones. The woman at the front desk asked me upon check in how many people were staying in the room and when I said 3, she showed me the reservation that said 2 and told me it was $5 more for another person. I was going to pay but then she said she wouldn't charge me after I asked if breakfast was included and she said "no", as I didn't understand what difference another person makes. The lights are on sensors so if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom the lights go on in the main area and wake everyone else up and if you are watching TV, everything suddenly goes dark. The washer and drying is broken but there is no sign indicating this so I lost my money. When I asked for my money back and recommended a sign be put on the washer, the manager dismissed me indicating it wasn't her problem as another company owns the machine on her premises. She instead said to me in a condescending tone, "didn't you see that the buttons were broken?" She did not seem concerned at all that I was dissatisfied or that another consumer may be affected by losing there money in the machine. On the positive side, the room is clean and has a very nice refrigerator that worked well after I plugged it in. The beautiful flat screen TV is the best thing about the room.

Horrible over priced smelly hotel

The room cost was $125 per night and it smelled like none one had opened a window in a year. There was mold on the wall that someone had tried to pick off. The bed was hard and scratchy and tub stained with... I'm not sure. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I wanted questionable, I would have booked the $59 motel 6. Run from this place, you will regret every dime spent.
