Filthy room the key only works one time so every time you shut the door you have to go to the front desk to reset it. I can't explain how dirty the walls were in our room just disgusting. Never stay here!

Dear guest, We sincerely apologize. We understand your concern, but the key get demagnetized if comes in the contact with the mobile phone. We never received such overwhelming issue with the key in the past with any other guests as you have specified in your case. Further, you never have informed us about the dirty wall during your stay of 4 nights. We always clean all the rooms thoroughly with all due care. Still we promise to work on your concerns. The walls in the room where very dirty, like if someone splattered there food on the wall. The pillows where terrible, could not sleep and the little sleep that I had woke up with my neck hurting and headache. One of the towels was extremely dirty.
