In spite of being a nonsmoking room, ours reeked of cigarettes. Plus the furnishings were old and worn and the bathroom door was damaged on both sides. We were given another room which was clean and in better shape.

Clean and up to date. Private bathroom. Not enough towels. Heater was noisy when it came on, woke me out of my sleep. Bed was comfy.

I needed a room on the Ground floor because I could not carry my luggage to the 2nd floor. the motel did not have an elevator. The clerk told me they had no rooms available on the bottom floor but after I told him I could not walk up the steps he gave me a handicap Room. Early the next morning I was walking down the hotel and noticed several rooms that were not occupied. They were much nicer than the Room I had. My Room the furniture was damaged and not placed very well. The ac unit took a while to turn on. I do not know why he would not give me another Room on the ground floor.

The mattress was comfortable. Room was pleasant. I needed another blanket and I had to go online to find a phone number to reach front desk. No one answered the phone. Finally I had to go to the desk bang on a window just to receive an extra blanket. In our other room we never did receive the crib that was promised. Housekeeping left dirty towels on the floor, never remade the beds but they did leave clean towels in the room. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay it’s possible we will stay there again on our next visit.

pool was not open, exercise room was not open, there were people outside our room at 2:30 am talking loudly for quite a while right outside of the lobby, and nothing was said to them. Couldn't sleep for all the noise. Breakfast the next morning was terrible. Out of just about everything and nobody refilled any of it. We have stayed here multiple times and this was the worst. Probably won't be back.

WE CAME FOR THE POOL WHEN WE BOOKED AND THE POOL WAS DOWN.COULDNT CONNECT TO INTERNET AND THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL AND DIDNT CARE.ICE MACHINE WAS EMPTY.NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM LET THE OTHR ROOMS.ONLY HAD 1/6TH ROLL OF TOLET PAPER AND NO NEW ROLLS.WE HAD TWO ROOMS AND HAD TO HAVE ARE DOOR CARDS RECODED EVERY TIME WE LEFT ARE ROOM.THE WERE TWO OTHER ROOMS THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.CABLE TV WENT OUT AND IT TOOK OVER A HALF HOUR TO GET SOMEOME THERE. I TRIED CALLING THE DESK THREE TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS.ONE LADY COULDNT BREATH IN HER ROOM AND HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE THERE WAS MOLD IN THE CEILING, THE WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED

We ended up not staying at the property. 1st in the room was an over whelming smell of smoke. Burn marks on the tub suggest that it has been a smoking room for some time even though we were told it was non smoking. Requested money back for our "stay" even though we didn't stay even one night. We were refused. We were also looking forward to using the pool. It was green and dirty.

I loved the location of the property. I disliked the uncleaned room i first received. Also, the second room’s sink and tub drained super slow and there was a unknown bug crawling on the wall.

I was very disappointed and left there with flea bites. Coming from out of town for a family graduation I chose this hotel based on reviews and it's name. Sadly when we got in town early they claim they were full and couldn't check us in early (that was a lie).. then when we did get a room we passed the housekeeper cart which had Raids Flea & carpet spray which should have been a red flag. But we went to our room and started itching really bad and the room had six big flies. We left to grab something to eat and picked up fly swatter, fly traps and $50 flying insect trap thinking maybe gnats. Nope we continued to itch everywhere and even with the fly swatter there were too many flies (no the door wasn't left open by us). We immediately thought maybe it's bed bugs too, so I went down to the front desk. At first she was hesitant but after explaining that you have either fleas or bedbugs she quickly moved us to another room as if she knew the room as infested! We had to move all our bags by ourselves (no help by staff).. we got to the next room and at least no fleas biting and horseflies. I had to run the flying insect trap (box near fridge in video) all night. The fridge was disgusting!!! We couldn't even use it.. attempted to put our water bottles in it but the black mold that was in it was unsettling. The supposed "white" bed lines all had large stains.We even went to walmart and purchased pillows cuz our smelled. Left review on youtube.
