The check in process was very simple and easy. I got a jacuzzi king suite and enjoyed that it was big enough for two and was very relaxing. The rooms are VERY out dated and old looking and the bed was so uncomfortable. We only got four pillows that were all completely flat. My neck is hurting from sleeping here. My biggest complaint is the bed not being comfortable especially for the price and experience I was expecting. Very disappointing.

After my surgery they were able to check us in so that I could rest. Our fridge wasn’t working and being a diabetic I needed the fridge for my insulin - called the front desk and within 5 mins they brought us a new.
