Great experience
Comfy bed and pillows, quiet, very convenient to skyway and Mayo, breakfast was great with multiple choices including made to order. Friendly and accommodating staff. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine. We had to ask for a Roku for the tv. When we asked the first time, they just said some rioms have them. Turns out you have to just specifically ask to get one. Customer service was okay but valet was usually pretty slow. They never seemed happy about doing it. Pool and hot tub were decent. Rooms were pretty good and with skyway to Mayo, we would stay here again.

We always stay here for our visits to Mayo Clinic. The accessible rooms are large enough to move a wheelchair around easily. Since it is connected to the skyway, we never have to go outside to go back and forth to the clinic. The staff is very accommodating to our needs. We sometimes have to stay longer than expected for another appointment.
