The Wi-Fi connection was terrible pretty much non-existent. The TV did not work. I only stayed one night.

This hotel is affordable and convenient. It offers very nice amenities, including the restaurant and bar, for a very reasonable price. It is staffed by RIT students who are highly professional and, generally, eager to please.

Receptionist at the desk when we checked in was not friendly and seemed to be not interested in doing her job. Mattress in room was not clean.
