Room was big and that's about the extent of it.. the walls are paper thin and the hotel is directly off the freeway so its super loud b/c of the traffic. They also allow families with little children to stay on the 4th floor so guess what we got to hear until about midnight? The breakfast is grab and go which means you get oatmeal and muffins for breakfast. No eggs, no pancakes and you also have to get your drinks (orange juice, apple juice, whatever) from a vending which you pay for.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was much cleaner then. Our shower, there was a leak around the shower head, almost as much water coming out of that as it was through the shower head. The frig did not work at all. And the exercise room had ZERO air, no ac, no fan....NOTHING. so you can imagine the smell. There was also garbage piled up by the elevator door on our floor. Not a very good 1st impression.

It was cool that they had the new card swipe technology. We checked in and went to out 1st room and it was dirty with the beds not made from the day before and trash all over the room. The 2nd room we went to the beds weren’t made again and this room had towels thrown all over the room. The 3rd room the beds were made and I just conceded even though there was water on the counter and the bathroom floor was really sticky. At midnight I had woke up because of some heartburn and went to the front desk to ask if they had any tums or rollaids but there wasn’t anyone at the desk and found the front attendant outside asleep in their car with the car running. It was a really disappointing experience!!!

The overall visit was good until we unsafe. A guest constantly knocking on doors throughout the middle of the night. Also, experienced a guest knocking on a guest's door with a firearm.

Worst hotel experience for me in years, and I stay at hotels about 3x/month. Arrived to find room smelled like someone emptied a perfume bottle in it, and the bathroom door wouldn't close (it wasn't really a door, but a slab of wood on a track). First, desk couldn't move us "because there were no more rooms". When we suggested that what we were being asked to stay in wasn't acceptable, they found another room. This one was two doors down from a very loud, very crowded party. We left. Save your time, don't stay here.

Nice enough room and staff was very pleasant. However both times we have stayed here our within the last year, our room had significant obvious maintenance issues that had not been fixed. Once it was the bathroom/closet door and this time the blind on the only window did not go all the way down and would not go up. Also the entire hotel was having hot water problems so you never knew if you would have hot water or not. In addition, we were awakened at 1:30am and 4am by ridiculously loud noises on the floor above us.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, room clean but no remote for TV and no one to bring me one. I had to get dressed to go to the desk at midnight to get one. One of their boilers was out and couldn’t take a shower.
