I reserved a room for my friend and his cousins who were traveling down 95 from NY to So. Florida so they could sleep for a few hours and when they got to the property at 1AM they were turned down and went somewhere else - I will never use Expedia's services again.

We travel quite a bit and this property was the nicest I have seen. The furnishings all looked perfect for the areas they were in. Lots of plump pillows, comfortable beds. The breakfast was a good variety and you could smell it the minute you got off the elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Service good, breakfast disappointing..
Average stay. Breakfast was disappointing. No pancakes, no cinnamon rolls, hot bar didnt look appealing. It's the reason we choose Holiday Inn. Everything else was typical, and staff was friendly and helpful.

ROOM HAD PEOPLE IN IT. UGH!
Lady at front desk on phone when we checked in, took us 10 minutes to get room key. Our room had people in it, had to go back to front desk to get new room. UGH!
