The hotel is very clean and affordable. My room was as luxurious as the pictures looked online. Everyone was accommodating to my needs. I was throughly pleased with my stay and highly recommend.

All the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The receptionist was nice and allowed late checkout beyond what was initially requested. The breakfast staff were cordial and asked if anything was needed. The owner was very well mannered and treated us like true guests - also invited me for tea and conversation. The house keeping staff also asked nicely on timing of room cleaning. Apart from staff, beds were more comfortable than many of my previous hotels (I stayed in a double queen suite). Although I didn't use them, laundry machines were available. What could be better: Perhaps can add a few breakfast items: bananas, butter (instead of substitute).

The suite was spacious and included two bathrooms. We had small children so did do a little sweeping for dirt on the floor. Everything else clean and fresh.
