The staff at the property were exceedingly pleasant and accommodating. We were taken aback to discover that the premium room we had reserved was remarkably similar to a Japanese "Love Hotel" residence. Quite entertaining!

I wish someone was there at night but they closed and went home at 10pm. There was an emergency number but would have preferred a staff member. We were fine and had no emergencies. The room was spacious and liked the bathroom. It’s an old area and we felt they were creative with designing the limited area. Convenient location. Breakfast outstanding. Reception was very competent and extremely helpful- shuttle service and advice on nearby eating establishments

Staff were very nice and pleasant. Interior is a little old and run down. Buffet wasn’t great. No eggs or meat opinions.

Dear Marie Adele,thank you for choosing us for your stay in Rome.We want to know more about the meaning of "old" because we renovated few years ago, so maybe you mean the building which is a 15th century ancient one.About the breakfast, this is not correct: me offer both boiled eggs and scrambled prepared at the moment under request, as well as the bacon.Guests only have to ask to have a fresh dish!Best regards

Disappointed that the breakfast was not complementary. Also, the wine set out the way it was, should of been complementary. Or it should not of been set out at all.

PERFECT location, wonderful hotel my daughter and I completely enjoyed for five nights. Right between Trevi and the Pantheon, too many restaurants to pick from :) and the hotel itself was just the right blend of small and charming with all the modern amenities. AC worked great and plenty of hot water, in an older building in historic section which was what we wanted. Staff was courteous and helpful. Some steps to enter but fun little lift will get you and your luggage up where it needs to go. We agreed we could not have wanted a more perfect hotel for us. We will totally stay here again on a return visit to Rome. Grazie mille Colonna Suites!

Nice hotel in prime location. Staff is very helpful. Room was a bit small and we had a problem with water in the shower. Air conditioner was not working but with night temperature outside it was nice to sleep with open windows. Breakfast was amazing. Location is truly prime. We spend 5 night and overall it was good experience.
