The hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was another story. I got the feeling that it was not safe after dark. Between the homeless sleeping all over and the beggars it seemed like a seedy neighborhood

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us during your recent trip to Rome. We are really happy to read that the hotel was up to your expectations and everything worked out smoothly. It is not news that as most of the main railway stations of most of the big capitals in the world, there are some beggers and homeless wandering around. However, I would not say that the very few of them that you might see are dangerous. The hotel is located at 5 minutes walking distance away from the main terminal railway station in a quiet street, and at 5 minutes walk from the very well-known neighbourhood of Rome full of classic Italian bars and restaurants in the narrow streets of the quaint area Monti. The property was conveniently across the street from the hop on hop off buses . There were a few restaurants around the hotel . The rooftop bar was nice .

My 10 days in this hotel were excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, solid breakfast, good location and very quiet at night. I had an inside room. Gym, small and basic but OK. Book with confidence.
