The staff was very helpful with bags and setting up taxi. But the room was eerie and dark, cracked and stained walls, stained rug and loose tiles in bathroom. There was no blanket on any bed. We found one in closet and it had dog hair and blood on it. There was loud banging 1 am and 2 am. Didn't sleep much at all.

There were a couple of holes in the wall where outlets were removed, a stain on the wall. Most outlets were loose and wouldn’t hold plugs. Finally, while AC is not as strong as in the USA, of the 6 hotels we stayed in on this visit (3 in Rome) this AC was almost nonexistent.
