Excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent on a beautiful rooftop venue. Easy check in, helped with information and calling for a taxi. Safe, walkable, and great restaurant and bar.

Rooftop terrace is wonderful with superb views of the city. The only drawback is that the wifi doesnt really work in the rooms

The staff were SO accommodating and sweet welcoming us 9 hours prior to checkin time as our flight landed early AM. They allowed us to participate in the included continental breakfast that morning and had our room cleaned and ready for us early (10am!) they even offered us the newly renovated rooms on the upper floor. The hotel was extremely clean and very easy checkin/checkout process. Would definitely recommend to any traveler!

Lovely hotel, conveniently located

The Marcella Royal is a comfortable, well appointed hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The staff are all cordial and the rooftop breakfast room and bar has great views of Rome. We preferred a room on the upper floors despite the newly renovated rooms on the 2nd floor. It is an easy walk from the Hotel to the Piazza de la Republica metro stop and the Villa Borghese park & museum. Around the corner is the outstanding Gelateria Romana...a last night discovery that we wish we had tried earlier!

horrible

Cons: Nothing close, Noisy
Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are tiny and dirty, and its far away from everything.
