It was close to the train station. We only walked

Pros: It was close to the train.
Location: We walked to the Spanish steps and later to Trevi Fountain
We only stayed in the hotel one night. It was close to the train station, we only walked about a block and half to get to the hotel. The reservations was very pleasant, she helped us print our boarding passes for our flight the next morning. She also suggested a restaurant, which my son had already suggested. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, close to Rome Termini

Pros: The staff
Cons: The bed was a little hard.
Location: It was ok.
It was a good experience with nice staff always willing to help you.

Nice room with high ceilings.

Pros: Nice staff and comfortable rooms.
Cons: N/a
Location: Train station is close by
We enjoyed our stay. They have a nice outdoor sitting area wit his nice when you are in Rome. It is not a big space but perfect for coffee in the morning.

Don't sign anything for phone service!

Pros: good location
Cons: added fees with no information until checkout
This hotel was in an excellent location. Close to main transportation service and very accessible to historic areas of Rome. I have a major complaint, though. When we signed in, they gave us papers and said we needed to sign in 3 places. One was for phone phone service in room. I said I don't think we will need phone service, we have our own phones, the hotel clerk said "oh no, we needed to sign this for safety reasons". We did not find out till check out that we were charged 18 Euros per day for phone service in the room that we did not need and did not want. I thought it was very underhanded the way it was handled. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Italy or Europe charged us this fee.

The 18 euro per day that you have paid are the City Tax, which is not included in the rate of the room , and it is of 6 Euro per person, per night. The 3rd signature at check in is for the City Tax, and normally we explain to the clients what it is and why do they have to pay it. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding. The City Tax is a tax of the city of Rome, and not of the hotel. Feel free to check Rome’s website for further information. Nice location

Cons: expensive breakfast
Great hotel with great staff. It is walk distance from the Termini Station what make things easier.

nice overall

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
walking with suitscase to this hotel from Termini station takes a bit effort as the street is not good. Other than that, it was nice.

Horrible hotel...NEVER STAY THERE

These people are liars. We paid for two nights stay and couldn't make it the first night. I called the hotel that day and said we were stuck in Venice to hold our room for the next day as we would be arriving. Well they sold our room for both nights so got double the money. My husband and I showed up the second night to find that there was no room for us. The same receptionist I had called was there and lied saying that I didn't call her (what a joke). They found us a room a couple of hours later. We had to pay for the taxi to take us to the hotel they found for us. We got there and paid for the hotel they found us. The next day we found out that it was a sister hotel but they made us pay for that one as well. So both hotels made good money from us. I would not recommend this hotel or the Inn at the Roman Forum. Stay anywhere else but here. There are so many other better options. We were stuck in Venice on Oct 29 as I informed the receptionist at the Morgana. I continued to tell her that we would arrive the night of the 30th and to hold our room. She said ok we´ll see you on Saturday night. Well Saturday night came and my husband and I arrived at the hotel. We were then told that the hotel was booked and that there was no room for us. We were inconvenienced because we not only had to wait around for about an hour but also had to take a taxi and stay at the Inn at the Roman Forum. We had to pay * euro for that night at the hotel as well. We later found out that the Inn is a sister hotel to the Morgana yet we had to pay them even though we already had paid the Morgana. The people working there did not inform us and made us pay so both hotels can take our money.
