The room and bathroom are very clean and nice. All the staff at the reception area including the the food servers all did an excellent job. They were all very-courteous and accommodating. I give them an A for customer service. Very convenient, since most of the scenic sites are nearby including the shopping areas, restaurants and it only takes 5 min to walk to the train station.

Location is perfect. Metro right there but stil quiet and peacefull street right above the spanish steps. Hotel is clean and elegant and if a limited breakfast is enough then its perfect.

Good location, but lacks in many areas, friendly and helpful staff. Was given a handicap room, and as a result of this, slipped in the bathroom and hurts myself as the shower has no walls and the water goes everywhere. Very dangerous. Rooms are small, and an inch of dust under the bed. The sheets had a sticker in them also. The cab driver tried to rip us off by trying to charge us a metered fare when you have a special flat rate to the airport of $50 Euros. Charge $60 and collect an e tra $10 dollars. We had none of rhat and paid $50. Overall, your hotel does not atand up to code and is nothing to write home about. I will not be referring your hotel.

On the plus side, the hotel is well located, just steps from the top of the Spanish Steps, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dark, with insufficient lighting and no light from outside since we had windows only to an inside airshaft. There were dirty dishes left in the room from the previous guests, the door was extremely hard to close, and the narrow halls outside our room were frequently crowded with housekeeping carts piled with dirty laundry. Breakfast was also pretty bad - limited choices, stale baked goods, and runny scrambled eggs. This hotel has potential, but it needs some upgrades and a lot of effort to get there.
