We enjoyed the park like setting and the pool. The continental breakfast was great. Rome city is as an easy 35 minutes by train. The train station an easy 10 minute walk even with luggage

The hotel itself was ok, rooms were decent size and comfy, territory nice and clean. Those were pretty much the only positives of our stay. Internet in the room wasn't working, breakfast was fairly decent (no warm food, only cereals and croissants), and the biggest disappointment was swimming pool - on arrival we came to find out that we need to pay extra to use swimming pool, which is in the hotel territory (€5 per person per day), what was not mentioned beforehand. On the day we have decided to use the pool, we came to find another surprise - we cannot use the pool if we don't wear swimming caps on, which we obviously didn't have as we never were told we need, so we ended up paying another €3 per person to buy those. To pay additional 8euro per person for small swimming pool what supposed to be included in our price for the hotel was very disappointing. On top of that, staff is very unfriendly and seem rude and upset at all times. It was a decent stay at the end but absolutely not what we expected and what is actually advertised online.

The rooms are cleaned and are organised daily. It's far away from any transport and taxis are expensive. The personnel in the reception are rude. You get what you pay, it's cheap

The pictures are false advertisement. This hotel is NOT water front or even water view. They do not offer ANY sort of transportation. The rooms have bare minimum. The tv is a 10in on a big wall and the remote they gave us didn’t even work that tv. The whole hotel is operating on sensor lights. The property itself isn’t maintained. There aren’t any vending machines nor ice machines. No coffee machines or fridges in rooms.
