Central Heritage Villa is a beautiful period villa situated just a few hundred metres from the Rotorua CBD. The house has been lovingly restored and features high ceilings, timber floors throughout and a super cool hidden bedroom behind a bookshelf! There is a private court yard off the lounge and a small front deck to chase the sun or enjoy the shade. This is a great spot for two or three couples to catch up and enjoy some time away.

Gorgeous old villa
This is a beautiful, quirky house, with beautiful features, and lots of space. We loved that we could walk into the CBD, and the house had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Stay in Rotarua
Lovely old weatherboard house with iron work and lead light detailing. Lovely furnishings and super comfy beds! Would be good to have a deadlock on the back door since Rotarua has the second highest crime rate in NZ AND that Kuirau is the highest in Rotarua; our street is the border of Kuirau.

Great Property
Lovely property with some great features and lots of space! We had a great 4 night stay and enjoyed walking to town and cheap uber rides to attractions. Had a few boy racers wake us up on a couple of the nights which was a shame. Front garden a nice sun trap and very happy with the property all in all
