First of all, the property is quite deceiving. I booked a suite and it's not around the cottages. The rooms were actually at the back of the property and it's quite a hike to get to the main building for breakfast. The unit was not worth the price as it offers minimal. You're better of spending that money at Nova Skyland. Upon entering our unit, What welcomed us is a dirty used rug upon opening the room. Called front desk and they just said "you want me to send the housekeeping back?". Well, housekeeping shouldn't need to come back upon check in. Then, there were some bugs coming out of the shower and bathroom sink. I wasn't happy spending my money here. Spend it somewhere else.

This place made my spouse feel like they were a kid again and they truly enjoyed it. My kids loved it and enjoyed every last bit of it. The only thing we probably didn’t like was the price and options for food. Overall great location and experience.

Santa Claus Village was a great place to stay for a few nights. We left there to travel to Levi. Unfortunately, most of the staff, including the young girls at the Information desk, weren’t able to help us with our journey options however eventually I spoke to Laura (from Italy) on reception who went out of her way to assist us with our onward plans. In terms of the hotel itself, it was a great location. The room was spacious with a lovely sauna although my two kids found the sofa bed uncomfortable for 3 nights. On the whole though, a nice experience and would recommend for a few nights.
