Great Little property. Well kept grounds, Plenty of Coffee in the lodge and popcorn a big plus. staff was amazingly friendly and very informative for first time stay in Ruidoso. location was great not very much traffic on the main road which was nice and just a few lights from midtown. Room was very cozy and clean. Cannot think of any downside we experienced during our weekend there.

It was a nice place and everyone was great. My only complaint was the refrigerator did not work and someone had left ice cream in freezer and had melted and left beer in it. The refrigerator did smell too. Other than that is was just fine.
