We arrived at terminal 2 at 11 pm. Infuriating told us to talk to terminal 4 to get a shuttle with our luggage. It turned out to be 0.8 MILES. We waited 40 minutes no shuttle. We tried to call the hotel. NO ANSWER. A cab driver told us there was no shuttle we had to walk over a bridge with our luggage. Another 0.4 miles. Later we learned there is a tram but you still have to walk over this long bridge. The room was clean. After that this was one of the worst hotel rooms i have ever stayed in. It was tiny. You literally could not sit straight on the toilet due to the corner of the wall. At 5'8" 175 pounds I could barely turn on the shower. The small towels were paper thin so I needed to get 3 to dry myself. BUT THE BEDDING WAS THE WINNER. It was like IKEA dorm bedding. The mattresses were 3" THICK on a flat hard box. It was unbelievably uncomfortable. We were there like everyone at an airport hotel to sleep and shower. This place is miserable. I don't know if the Novatel next door is any better but i would try that.

Although very clean and close to the metro (5 minute walk), my overall stay was disappointing. There were no towels on the first day of my arrival. The next day, I was given 3 towels that are normally used as bath mats. My room card didn't work numerous times throughout my stay; but because there are no telephones in the room, I had to go from the 6th floor to the lobby to ask for a new door card - once 3 times. There was only one trash, table-top sized, which was in the bathroom. Had I traveled with family or a companion, I would have had to empty it myself as room service is once every 4 days or so. I used an empty plastic bag in my room. These were minor necessities for me, but there was no iron, ironing board or wall/body mirror. The major issue was not having an AC in my room. The temps were in the 90s my entire stay; had I known there was no AC, I would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, the hotel is next to the train tracks making it impossible to leave the windows open throughout the night because of the very, very, very loud noise from the passing trains. The trains stopped around midnight until about 4:30am. The positives: friendly staff, close to the metro, clean, in the neighborhood of the locals and not touristy.
