Good new hotel in town

Everything was very good except most of the staff spoke very little English which caused some miscommunication. Staff is eager but over aggressive charging. I asked for a cup hot water with lime to make my own medicinal tea and they charged me $2.50 as lemonade. The manager reversed the charge but still
