"Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that they will direct you to parking, so don't panic if it looks that there is nothing available when you pull up. My room was very clean and comfortable, and true to the pictures. I was able to control the climate in the room to my liking. The shower had good water pressure and drained well, and had a cute little window that let me look at out the mountains. This may have been my favorite hotel I stayed in in Portugal, and I would absolutely return if I was back in the area. I cannot speak to the spa or gym facilities, as I was only in town briefly and did not take advantage of them. "
