Cigarette burns in couch in "non-smoking" room- coffee filter not changed since last guest -Yuck! No coffee cups . "Come to the office if you want one." "Request towels by 2:00 the day before." Did it twice and got no clean towels. "Come to the office if you need some". Message on pool re: "Diarrhea". Did not use pool , though that was one reason we chose hotel. We would never, ever go back.

The bed was veey uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable as well. My wife and I got no sleep because of this.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in when we arrived at 3 p.m. We were scheduled to have a handicapped room by Travelocity even though we didn't ask for one. It was the very last room closest to the Interstate highway. It was a 200 room hotel. We certainly didn't get the best bang for the buck.

Front desk was not friendly so that alone was a red flag. Directions to the room is unclear. Keycard did not work the first time so the front desk person had to come give us a new one, she was rude. There is a strange smell in the hotel too.

Front desk didn’t tell me I needed to place a paper in my front window to not get my car towed. Our blankets were still damp and not fully dry, our toilet didn’t flush the chain broke off (nobody came to fix it after we called) our shower didn’t drain and we called about that as well. Will never return here at this location

Even though there were signs requiring masks, management and security did not wear them. The entire floor we stayed on in our suite smelled of weed and the coffee pot didn’t work. Also there was not any body soap. Very disappointed.
