Lobby looked fine. Got to our room with my daughters at 10:30pm, door was wide OPEN and shower had just been used. Water everywhere, no towels. People drinking around guestrooms in parking lot. Clerk switched us to room next door, wouldn’t bring new keys. I had to drive up to get them. Walked into 2nd room. Literally SMOKE-FILLED. Turned on light and it zapped for a few seconds and went out. We felt completely unsafe and made a phone call to find a different place to stay. Thankfully we found one and left immediately. Shocked and extremely disappointed.

Was very happy with my stay. Room was Great clean and spacious the coffee maker worked. Check in was quick and easy. The clerk was nice and well mannered. Only down side was the clerk at check out she seemed like it was a bother to help me check out. But overall it was a very nice stay

I had a lot of trouble actually getting into my room, with multiple key errors, and ultimately being given the wrong room. Finally in the correct room and before unpacking found a live rat in the bathroom. We left right away.

Hotel was clean and pool was well maintained and lovely. Breakfast was yummy, with plenty of selection.. from waffles, eggs,bacon, homefries, bisquits & gravy, along with cereal, fruit and yogurt. Our room was clean, the only issue we had was that the signal for the TV kept blinking off and on, causing the TV to stop working, but it did it also in the breakfast room... so it is probably an entire hotel site issue.

The toilet in the hotel room kept running for hours. Finally stopped at some point. Also very loud. You could hear everyone outside and upstairs.

I booked online...but yet when I checked in, why did I bother? And i was told a receipt would be provided @ checkout. However, I was told @ checkout that the third party (booking) would provide the receipt! WTH??😒
