Called ahead and said we would be arriving very late (around 1am) . Front desk said no problem. After driving 12 hours we get here and and the desk clerk says they are doing an audit for the next 20 minutes and she can't check me in until then....keep in mind it's 1am. So we go out into the car and wait. Come back at 1:30am and am checked in. Took forever because the clerk couldn't get the pet fee charged. After a few she said they would just do it in the morning during check out. We go to our room...there's people out drinking and smoking weed and being loud in the parking lot. Pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal while we were waiting for the audit to be over. Open the door to the to room and it wreaks of marijuana. We reserved a non smoking room. I have really bad asthma but I thought since we were so exhausted I might be able to sleep through it using my inhaler. Nope. We weren't in the room 30 minutes before we packed up and left. I went back and used their phone they have to call front desk after hours to check out and request a refund. The clerk didn't seem suprised at all and said okay no problem leave the key and you will get fully refunded tomorrow when the manager gets in....that seemed way too easy as if they've done this plenty of times. As far as amenities.... There's two of us and only 3 pillows. No extra blankets. No hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom only 3 full size bath towels. Carpets were filthy and didn't see a remote control for the tv.

The front desk personal was great, friendly and professional, two very nice experiences. The room was a mess, dirty, and old wash cloth from previous guest I assume left hanging on the shower, old macdonalds wrappers on the floor. No hangers in the closet to hang my clothes up.

Dirty

Would not stay there ever again was dirty front office first gave us a room which was already occupied and it was a smoking room. Bed was dirty floors cobwebs in the corners of shower, and they gave us a handicap room no shower head it was a hand held shower totally disappointing

Didnt expect much, but was still disappointed

Pros: Low price
"Free breakfast" consisted only of instant outmeal and coffee No dishes or utinsils in kitchen, make sure you bring your own (I should have checked first) No trash in bathroom, toiletries were minimal (one bar of soap for both shower and sink and one shampoo, no lotion, body wash, or conditioner). Security lock on door was broken (the one that lets you open the door a crack to talk and still leave it secure). Bed was uncomfortable

Worst hotel we have ever stayed.

Several issues 1. Heater not working and it was a cold 45 degree evening 2. No blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. When we requested they only had the sheets no blankets. 3. Iron but no ironing board 4. No blow dryer just an empty broken holder on the wall 5. Coffe pot broken didn't work 6. No maid service 7. No clean towels, when requested they only had small ones 7. All we wever heard from staff "I'm by myself" 8. When addressing the issues I was told I wasn't the only one and was shown three pages of complaints for the day. 7. They advertise breakfast but all they had was muffins and powder cocoa.

Horrible customer service

We stayed at this hotel as a one night stop off on a road trip. We just needed a basic room to stay the night with our kids. The hotel advertises a breakfast but it was hardly anything--a few pre-packaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. My kids wanted to make hot chocolate but there was no hot water. There was some coffee. Our room didn't have a hair dryer and when we called the front desk they said they would send one up but never did. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out sofa bed the night we arrived. When we tried to check out in the AM I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes for someone to show up, there was no bell or way to let someone know I was even there waiting. I even tried calling the hotel from my cell phone hoping someone would answer to let them know I was waiting at the front desk, but no one ever even answered the phone. I can say it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, mainly because the customer service was non-existent. I would definitely not stay here again.

A bed for a quick nite sleep.

Pros: Quiet location.
Cons: Hair dryer.
Needed a place to crash on west coast visit to kids and grandkids. Extended Stay provided a quiet, clean room away from noise of freeways and airport. Didn't need a kitchen, but it was there.
